This museum can be useful for teachers, especially those teaching subjects related to natural sciences. Some geological teaching units have been prepared which relate to the rock garden and the various stops on the geological itinerary so that teachers can follow up in the classroom what the students can learn by visiting the Rocks on the Road museum.

Each teaching unit contains two sections, the first called “Did you know?” which gives a more complete theoretical explanation than that to be found on the labels in the museum and the second called “Let's experiment” which suggests a practical experiment related to the subject matter of the teaching unit, whether as a game or handiwork. These teaching units can be adapted to various teaching levels.

In any case, anyone interested in the subjects presented can download the units and work on them individually.
